Andrew is the founder and Managing Director of New Dawn Associates a boutique consultancy focused on value capture and generation via co-creation engagements.
Andrew is an accomplished strategy leader with a strong background in operational excellence and performance improvement. He has over 30 years’ experience in leading transformation and driving value creation.
He specialies in value identification and capture – driving change in businesses to achieve their full potential, based on supported insights.
He is a hands-on and collaborative leader with a passion to communicate and motivate, with experience across multiple cultures and sectors.
He has partnered with CEOs and leadership teams of companies (large and small) using a strong analytical background for value-based decision making and innovative strategy development, to design and implement operational excellence and growth initiatives in a pragmatic and efficient manner.
He combines strategic thinking, financial acumen, collaboration, an owner’s mindset, pragmatism and project management skills to deliver positive outcomes.

- working in some of the world’s leading professional services firms, serving demanding clients, across a range of key areas, including: strategy formulation, enterprise transformation, performance improvement, change management, leadership development and technology leverage
- consulting to blue-chip organisations across numerous industries, including banking, insurance, telecommunications, airlines, resources, FMCG, utilities and services
- exposure to multiple cultures, having lived in United Kingdom, Australia and South Africa and worked with organisations across many more, including the USA, Romania, Kuwait, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland, France, Ireland, Canada and more
- honing over the last 10 years for smaller and medium sized business application through multiple entrepreneurial roles.
